On Friday, May 1st we had our first activity with the youth of the church and the neighborhood Villa Verde Alto in Madrid. Just before we entered the district with the "Rainbows Team" the Lord showed "His beautiful promising "Rainbow" in the air above the neighborhood. This encouraged us greatly in this new endeavor. And indeed we have had a great time together starting with the theater "Big Bang" followed by a movie and "chat" about the theme "Intelligent Design" and Evolution. The crafts about "creation & live" were the famous "grass head" personalities, Punky & The Pirate, supplemented by the many other "creations" from the lively imagination of the almost 28 present teenagers from Villa Verde (about 10 regulars were even absent) Together with the church volunteers and the 3 Rainbow workers it was a nice mess in the cramped small church. Understandable that the Pastor and his wife are prayerfully searching to find a larger space. The full grown grass heads are those made by the earlier "Club de Amigos" and later models of Punky & The Pirate just to show how they look after their hair has grown and are in need for a hair cut soon.

On the card it says at the front: Did you know that the Bijbel says "There is no God" ? ? ? On the other side of the card it says then: You will find it in Psalm 14:1 "The fool says in his heart, there is no God" ...
